Why I'm Becoming More Interested in Holistic Health

For a long time, I thought health was mostly about exercise and eating the right foods. The more I learned, the more I realized that wellness is much more connected than that.

When stress increases, sleep often suffers. When sleep suffers, energy levels drop. When energy drops, healthy habits become harder to maintain.

That's what made holistic health interesting to me. It looks at the whole person instead of focusing on a single symptom.

Simple things like getting enough sleep, managing stress, staying active, eating nutritious foods, and making time for activities you enjoy can all work together to improve well-being.

I've learned that lasting health is usually built through small daily choices rather than dramatic changes.
